Privacy notice
Fort Wayne Fence Help is an independent information and request-routing site for Fort Wayne, Indiana. It is not the fence contractor performing work. This notice describes the current disabled public state and the categories that would need to be covered before any request capability could be enabled.
Current public state
Request collection, phone tracking, analytics, and routing are disabled. This public safety state collects and transmits no request details.
The information pages can be read without providing a name, email address, phone number, property address, or project description. The unavailable request page does not contain fields or submit data. No claim is made about a future operating configuration until its destinations and controls are separately reviewed.
Information a future enabled form may collect
A separately approved form could ask for a name, phone, email, property ZIP, property type, service, material preference, optional footage, timing, project description, consent, landing page, and source attribution. The enabled form and its notice would need to identify required fields. Readers should not provide payment-card data, government identifiers, passwords, medical information, or other sensitive material in a project description.
How information may be used
When an approved capability is active, information may be used to evaluate service and coverage fit, respond to the request, prevent spam or misuse, maintain an operational record, and—only when an approved relationship is active—share the request with an identified independent provider for follow-up. Submission would not guarantee a response, match, quote, schedule, or construction agreement.
Processors, routing, and analytics
Form, communications, routing, and analytics processors are used only when their capabilities and destinations are separately approved. Analytics controls are designed not to send names, phone numbers, emails, full addresses, free text, or personally identifying lead IDs. An enabled site would need to keep its visible disclosure aligned with the processors and routing actually in use.
Retention and access questions
Retention periods and request-handling procedures must reflect the approved operating configuration. This disabled state does not invent a legal right, deadline, or operator procedure that has not been established. If a contact method is later enabled, readers may use the published channel to ask what information is held or request a correction; any response would depend on applicable requirements and the records actually controlled.
Choices and contact
Do not submit sensitive information. A public privacy contact is shown only when an approved contact address is configured. If no contact appears below, no public privacy destination is enabled in this disabled state.
See communication consent and terms.
